Sampling & orders

A clear sequence from requirement to dispatch.

The strongest inquiries begin with a usable specification. From there, sampling, commercial terms, quality points and shipment timing can be handled in the right order.

Typical order path

  1. Send the requirement

For dehydrated ingredients: product, application, cut or mesh, key limits and packing. For fresh produce: product and variety, seasonal window, origin or grade, packing, quantity, destination and cold-chain requirements.

  2. Feasibility review

We review the requirement against available products, producing or handling routes, documents, quantity and lead time. Open points are identified before quotation.

  3. Sample & technical review

When appropriate, a representative sample and available technical information are arranged for evaluation. Final acceptance criteria should be documented.

  4. Commercial confirmation

Price basis, quantity, packing, payment terms, Incoterms, delivery window and order-specific documents are aligned before confirmation.

  5. Production & quality follow-up

The agreed order points, production status, quality records and packing details are followed through preparation.

  6. Shipment preparation

Shipping information and dispatch timing are confirmed, with the agreed commercial and quality documents prepared for the order.

Practical notes

Samples support approval; they do not replace the specification.

A representative sample helps with sensory, appearance and application review, but commercial acceptance should also be tied to a written specification and agreed testing or documentation requirements.

Sample availability, quantity, courier cost and preparation time depend on the product and destination. These points are confirmed before a sample is arranged.

Fresh produce availability and timing are seasonal. Origin, harvest window, packing, cold-chain and destination-market feasibility must be confirmed for each enquiry.

Lead time begins from the commercially agreed point stated in the order confirmation, not automatically from the first inquiry or sample request.
